The 65-square-meter layout spans the full 5th floor with independent access. Two bedrooms, living area, kitchenette, and bathroom. High ceilings throughout.
Final room configuration and dimensions will be published once renovation planning is confirmed.
Design Choices
The building is a classic Prati residential structure. We are working with the original layout rather than reconfiguring it — keeping the character of the space, the high ceilings, the quiet fifth-floor position.
Material Approach
Natural materials where possible. The building has good bones — original floors, solid walls. We are keeping what works, refreshing what needs it.
Color & Tone
Light, warm, calm — to match the quiet fifth-floor position. Nothing stark or cold. The retreat feeling starts with the visual tone of the walls and floors.
